About the role

  • Perform accounts payable routines, ensuring organization, timeliness, and compliance of payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile the company's financial transactions.
  • Verify and reconcile disbursements from marketplaces and payment gateways, ensuring correct accounting of amounts.
  • Manage short-term investments of cash surpluses, following company guidelines.
  • Operate internet banking systems, including payments, transfers, and transaction monitoring.
  • Organize and maintain supporting documentation for financial operations, ensuring traceability and easy access.
  • Work closely with external accounting firms, supporting monthly financial and accounting closings.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow, projections, financial forecasts, and area KPIs.
  • Participate in the execution and improvement of finance and treasury projects, contributing to increased efficiency and control.

Requirements

  • Experience working in dynamic environments with evolving processes and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial routines, with understanding of accounting and taxes.
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; preference for candidates with degrees in Accounting and experience in treasury or financial departments.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with ease in data analysis and organization.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
  • Experience participating in or leading projects within finance or treasury.
  • Proficiency in bank reconciliation and internet banking routines.
