About the role

Create and configure offers and checkouts for the company's various initiatives, ensuring complete tracking of sales by campaign/action.
Structure conversion funnels in tracking platforms, organizing stages and events clearly to facilitate metric reading and analysis.
Configure, parameterize, and provide tracked links to different teams, ensuring consistency and correct attribution of results.
Monitor and maintain integrations between platforms (CRM, sending/automation tools, checkout, tracking), acting quickly to resolve issues.
Execute multichannel communications (email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.), handling segmentation, formatting, links, and sending rules.
Operate and monitor CRM automations, ensuring flows, triggers, and rules function as intended.
Organize and cleanse the contact database, ensuring data quality and reliable segmentations.
Implement and monitor surveys and forms, contributing to data collection and insights about leads and customers.
Track goals for invitations and lead activations, executing strategic sends to the most appropriate segments.
Monitor, analyze, and control costs related to CRM tools and operations, proposing optimizations when necessary.

Solid experience with marketing automation tools, preferably ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
Experience using integration tools such as Make, n8n, or equivalents.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools, with a focus on data organization and analysis.
Experience managing and organizing WhatsApp groups, including segmentation and access control.
Prior experience in companies or projects within Digital Marketing, with familiarity with routines and KPIs.
Basic understanding of programming logic (conditionals like IF, AND, OR) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Previous experience with a programming language.
