About the role
- You identify potential customers and approach them proactively — via email, phone, social selling, or at trade shows.
- You build relationships, understand the needs of our target groups, and develop suitable solution proposals.
- You qualify leads for yourself and our sales team.
- You work closely with Marketing and (Key) Account Executives to establish high-quality business relationships.
- You analyze market potential, identify trends, and develop new outbound strategies that elevate our processes.
- When needed, you conduct initial consultations and present our product in online demos.
- You document your activities in our CRM system and keep an organized overview.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable degree — career changers with drive are also welcome!
- Initial experience in sales, business development, or a B2B environment.
- Bonus points if you have knowledge of the SaaS or healthcare sector.
- You’re a natural on the phone — persuasive, empathetic, and engaging.
- CRM systems are not a black box to you, and you work in a structured, goal-oriented way.
- Your German is excellent — both written and spoken!
