About the role
- As National Sales Director, you act as the CSO's operational representative in deploying the commercial strategy.
- Supervise and support two Regional Directors and one Key Account Director.
- Directly manage the team of Regional Business Developers for Île-de-France (IDF).
- Define and monitor commercial targets by region and by segment.
- Implement unified sales processes (lead qualification, opportunity management).
- Collaborate with IT and Business Analyst teams to develop and improve tools.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business or equivalent.
- Proven experience (>10 years) in similar positions, ideally in an industrial or technical B2B environment.
- Strong experience in Key Account sales and multi-region management.
- Experience managing teams (both matrix/cross-functional and direct reports).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Dynamics 365 / Salesforce).
- Good understanding of cross-selling, prescriptive selling, and management of complex opportunities.
