About the role

  • Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with product and technical teams, the pre-sales engineer is responsible for supporting sales by providing technical and functional expertise on the company’s supervision/hypervision solutions.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers’ business and technical needs (use cases, scenarios, systems to integrate, etc.).
  • Design and deliver customized software demonstrations tailored to the project’s objectives.
  • Work alongside sales representatives to draft technical proposals, compliance matrices, responses to RFPs, technical alignments, and prepare client presentations and pitch sessions.
  • Ensure that any custom developments are consistent with the projects’ technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) to Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science, networks, systems or equivalent.
  • Experience in pre-sales, integration or deployment of software solutions for supervision, monitoring, hypervision or electronic security.
  • Knowledge of Windows environments, computer networks, industrial control systems, and protocols (SNMP, MQTT, Modbus, OPC, BACnet, etc.).
  • Good understanding of software architectures, APIs, integrations, cloud environments and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to deliver convincing functional and technical demonstrations.
  • Proficiency with office and presentation tools (primarily Microsoft Office).
  • English: minimum B2 level (reading, writing and speaking).
