About the role
- Reporting to sales management and working closely with product and technical teams, the Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting sales by providing technical and functional expertise on the company's hypervision solutions.
- Identify and qualify the business and technical requirements of prospects.
- Assist integration and distribution partners in designing technical and functional architectures tailored to client needs.
- Design and deliver customized software demonstrations tailored to the specific challenges of each project.
- Work alongside sales representatives to prepare technical proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in computer science, networks, systems or equivalent.
- Experience in pre-sales, integration, or deployment of supervision, monitoring, hypervision or electronic security software solutions.
- Knowledge of Windows environments, computer networks, control systems and protocols (SNMP, MQTT, Modbus, OPC, BACnet…).
- Strong understanding of software architectures, APIs, integrations, cloud environments and cybersecurity.
- Ability to deliver compelling functional and technical demonstrations.
- Proficiency with office and presentation tools (primarily Microsoft Office).
- English proficiency: minimum B2 (reading, writing and speaking).
