Key responsibilities & impact

Own operational and portfolio reporting
Maintain the integrity of product workflow data
Surface opportunities to improve decision-making processes
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for product leadership
Analyze operational data to identify trends and risks
Translate findings into actionable recommendations
Configure and maintain product tools and workflow systems like Jira and Jellyfish
Define and document metric definitions for consistent analysis
Monitor delivery health metrics to assess execution patterns
Support automation and reporting efficiency efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in product operations, business analytics, or a related analytical role
Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership or senior stakeholders
Proficiency with BI and dashboard tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management and workflow tools
Working knowledge of Jira, including JQL
Familiarity with product workflow data structures
Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery environments
Ability to work with SQL, scripting, APIs, or automation tools to support reporting, data extraction, or workflow efficiency
