About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Product Management to plan releases and address technical, performance, and security needs
- Lead and oversee the team’s engineering processes and delivery
- Assign, coordinate, and manage team priorities and workload
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on roadmaps, timelines, risks, and progress
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to integrate, deploy, and operate services
- Define scope, effort, and technical approach for team initiatives
- Ensure strong system architecture, reliability, monitoring, and on-call practices
- Advocate for the team by securing resources and supporting their success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years previous work experience in technical leadership with large-scale, growing systems
- 5 years of experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating goals, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- 5 years of experience in preparation and development of reports, briefings, and other technical documents
- Python Language, Django, PySpark, ETL, SQL
