About the role
- Drive the entire vision and delivery of new products and features from high-level concept to delivery.
- Work with R&D and strategy groups to understand desired features and document their rules.
- Create detailed scope documents which will be used by internal stakeholders to design, develop, train, and market the products.
- Helps define feature-level key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Be an active participant in the SAFe framework processes, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, etc.
- Define design requirements and actively participate in UX/UI design sprints to ensure designs meet business requirements and strategy.
- Clearly communicate strategy and goals to project teams and ensuring delivery against them.
- Engage stakeholders in research, data, and support, and coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
- Provide input into go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.
- Work with marketing, sales, and training to ensure accuracy of product features in their deliverables.
- Suggest and prioritize enhancements to products.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a Product Owner/Product Manager role
- Experience with the SAFe methodology
- Action oriented and drives results
- Ability to articulate product objectives to technical, operational, and business management audiences
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and multiparty integrations
- Optimistic problem solver
- Resilient and driven in an ambiguous environment
