About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the product backlog, aligning priorities with strategic business objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and product roadmaps
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product vision, release plans, priorities, and delivery objectives
- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, market trends, and competitive insights
- Translate requirements into actionable product outcomes
- Drive product releases by ensuring requirements are understood, dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated, and delivery remains on track
- Build customer relationships and advocate for customers by reflecting feedback and evolving needs in the product roadmap
- Provide updates on product progress, release status, priorities, risks, and key decisions to Product Managers and stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Engineering teams to support adoption and delivery of enhancements and releases
- Create and maintain product documentation, including business requirements, business cases, release plans, feature specifications, and product communications
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, functionality, usability, customer value, and operational effectiveness
- Support product demonstrations, customer presentations, onboarding activities, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar product delivery role within a software product organization
- Experience working with international customers is preferred
- Proven experience managing product backlogs, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and supporting successful product delivery within Agile environments
- Strong ability to translate business needs into well-defined product requirements and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent articulation and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills
- Highly detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills, time management capabilities, and a disciplined approach to product execution
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams and a strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, Agile practices, and product delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, proactively identify risks, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes
- Healthcare, clinical systems, healthcare technology, or care management domain expertise will be considered a strong advantage
- Professional certifications in Product Ownership, Product Management, Agile Product Delivery, Business Analysis, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage
- Technical background with the ability to understand software products, system capabilities, and technical constraints will be considered an advantage
