• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for assigned positions
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular pipeline updates
• Maintain accurate candidate records within ADP Recruiting
• Prepare candidate summaries and interview feedback for hiring teams
• Extend verbal offers and support candidates through the hiring process
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding
• Assist with additional recruiting projects as business needs require
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple openings
• Keep recruiting activities organized and up to date within the ATS
• Communicate proactively throughout the hiring process
• Help fill positions efficiently while maintaining a high quality bar
