About the role Coordinate and oversee scheduling, staffing, and logistics across multiple clinic sites to ensure operational excellence. Serve as the primary liaison between college administrators, corporate teams, and clinical staff. Manage inventory, medical supplies, and documentation for each site. Support vaccine administration (Tdap, Hepatitis B, MMR, Flu) and testing procedures (TB, drug testing, phlebotomy, mask fit). Perform and collect specimens accurately, including phlebotomy and drug screenings, following all established protocols (as needed). Record and maintain patient information and insurance details using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Review and discuss patient health histories, diagnoses, and care needs, ensuring understanding and accuracy. Educate patients on follow-up care and next steps for maintaining compliance with health requirements. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and company standards. Maintain clinic performance trackers and assist with reporting and data collection. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements. Requirements Active clean California MA or LVN/LPN license required. Active BLS/ ACLS certification required. Minimum 3 years of working experience as MA or LVN/LPN. 5 + years of experience in operations, logistics, or healthcare coordination. Must have phlebotomy and vaccine administration experience. Experience with specimen collection for drug testing is highly valued. Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA) strongly preferred. Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite. Highly Organized: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, juggling multiple workflows, and staying ahead of deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Results-Oriented: Focused on outcomes, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable value. Comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision.
