Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Operations side of the center
Support Blood Collections Specialist and Donors helping on the floor and processing blood products post collection
Support the efficient workflow of the phlebotomy floor and blood product processing
Maintain inventory
Equipment QC (lab) production area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma required
Associate's degree in biology, medical technology, supply chain management, or related field; or equivalent education/experience required
Valid in state driver's license required.
Previous experience in blood banking, medical laboratory, or healthcare warehouse environment preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, AABB, cGMP) strongly preferred.
