About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a counseling caseload including formal referrals, leadership consultations, check-in/opt-outs, and return-to-work coaching
Provide in-the-moment crisis support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up via phone, video, or in person
Conduct clinical intakes and assessments for EAP and PWR clients
Facilitate timely, professional client referrals
Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare and EAP trends, referral resources, and well-being best practices
Track and report on key metrics tied to program effectiveness
Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation
Participate in an on-call rotation with the Clinical Team
Collaborate cross-functionally to support a smooth, positive client and member experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
Active behavioral health licensure in good standing (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
2-3 years of post-master's clinical experience
Experience in crisis counseling and stabilization, case management, and substance use
Sound clinical judgment, strong critical thinking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills, in virtual and in-person settings
Comfort learning and adopting new technology and platforms
Experience supporting individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds
Nice to Have: Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
CEAP certification
Certified Coach credential
Experience delivering web-based or telephonic clinical services
Experience working with physicians or other healthcare clinicians
