About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a counseling caseload including formal referrals, leadership consultations, check-in/opt-outs, and return-to-work coaching
  • Provide in-the-moment crisis support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up via phone, video, or in person
  • Conduct clinical intakes and assessments for EAP and PWR clients
  • Facilitate timely, professional client referrals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare and EAP trends, referral resources, and well-being best practices
  • Track and report on key metrics tied to program effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with the Clinical Team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support a smooth, positive client and member experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Active behavioral health licensure in good standing (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • 2-3 years of post-master's clinical experience
  • Experience in crisis counseling and stabilization, case management, and substance use
  • Sound clinical judgment, strong critical thinking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in virtual and in-person settings
  • Comfort learning and adopting new technology and platforms
  • Experience supporting individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
  • CEAP certification
  • Certified Coach credential
  • Experience delivering web-based or telephonic clinical services
  • Experience working with physicians or other healthcare clinicians
