Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct remote semi-structured interviews (via Phone) with older adults
Gather meaningful feedback on participants' experiences and satisfaction with services
Independently organize and manage your interview schedule
Conduct interviews with empathy
Track call dispositions and access participant information through an online file-sharing platform
Record interview outcomes and submit findings
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with federal HIPAA regulations and data security
Maintain regular communication with Vital Research for updates and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual English/Spanish with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom and other web-based platforms
Comfortably working with individuals with disabilities
Excellent communication skills to build trust and establish rapport
Equipped with a personal computer and a secure Wi-Fi connection
Organized and attentive to detail
