Field Interviewers collect confidential survey data that informs social research; contact pre-identified participants to conduct surveys via phone, Zoom, or in-person interviews using company-provided tablets and software
Reach out to participants from a provided list and schedule/complete surveys; 1 survey per day or 5 per week; ensure confidentiality and data quality
Conduct surveys in all interview modes (phone, in-person, video) based on participant preference; manage interview schedule independently
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity; communicate with research team for updates and support
Utilize translation services as needed; comply with confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and data security requirements
Prepare for and participate in two-day training and ongoing project timelines for the National Core Indicators (NCI-AD, NCI-IDD) project
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish/Hmong/Somali (preferred) and in English (required)
Background in social services or community outreach (preferred)
Self-driven, able to work independently in remote environment
Tech-savvy; proficient in Zoom and Salesforce
Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or working in research settings
Excellent communicator; able to build trust and rapport with participants
Able to contact participants by phone, video, or in-person depending on participant preferences
Experience with aging, disabled, or underserved populations
Detail-oriented; comfortable using tablets or mobile technology
Able to manage interview schedule independently
Access to a personal vehicle for in-person interviews (advantage)
Cold-calling experience; sales-minded and resilient to rejection (advantage)
Training must be completed; translation services usage; HIPAA and data security awareness
