About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Support data migration, validation, and ongoing data maintenance activities.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom data structures that provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Partner with leadership, end users, and external vendors to identify business needs and recommend technical solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Advanced experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce Flow automation and custom object development
Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Data Loader, and Workbench
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience with MuleSoft or middleware integration platforms is preferred
