About the role
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of company-wide events
- Develop and own Vital Farms’ enterprise-wide events strategy
- Ensure all events align with brand and culture, create an exceptional Crew Member experience
- Partner with event sponsors to understand business goals
- Create and put into practice the standards, processes, and templates for event execution
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events
- Serve as the primary on-site leader during events
- Develop event scopes, objectives, and project plans
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment with event sponsors and stakeholders
- Build and manage relationships with key vendors
- Own the event budget and ensure accurate forecasting and tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in event management, employee experience, hospitality, corporate events, or related fields
- Demonstrated success leading mid- to large-scale events and designing high-touch experiences
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into event outcomes and plans
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- A polished, service-oriented approach with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and overseeing event operations
- Ability to travel 25-35% to event locations and team offsites
