  • You’ll manage the details that keep our sales organization running smoothly — from deductions and supply chain performance to reporting and analytics — while also gaining exposure to customer-facing work, category reviews, and strategic planning including internal business reviews.
  • Produce recurring weekly and monthly reports for Whole Foods and Amazon, including POS performance, shipment trends, distribution tracking, promotional effectiveness, and DC/FC-level service metrics.

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and scorecards to support Sr Account Manager with real-time visibility into business performance.
  • Partner with Category Management and Insights to translate data extracts into actionable insights that support Vital Farms’ growth in the Natural and eCommerce channels.
  • Monitor weekly demand signals, forecast accuracy, and fill-rate performance for both Whole Foods and Amazon.
  • Identify and escalate supply chain risks, such as out-of-stocks, late shipments, or DC/FC imbalances, to ensure strong service levels.
  • Support demand planning through data validation, forecast tracking, and identifying variances or trends that may impact upcoming orders or promotions.
  • Review, validate, and track Whole Foods and Amazon trade deductions with a focus on data accuracy, documentation, and alignment with promotional calendars.
  • Analyze recurring deduction patterns and provide data-backed recommendations to improve processes and reduce invalid claims.
  • Support internal trade spend reporting, reconciliation, and variance tracking. Provide data extracts, analytical summaries, and reporting support for internal Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  • Assist in preparing inputs for customer-facing materials by supplying accurate data sets, insights, and trend analyses. Ensure data consistency across dashboards, systems, and internal tools through regular audits and updates.
