About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for each business unit.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and key-customer technology roadmaps.
  • Work with HQ and various Vital sites to determine pricing strategies and sales tactics.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business unit leaders and sales team.
  • Set performance metrics and regularly assess and improve team performance.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain product quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Adept at managing budgets and financial performance.
