About the role

  • Provide telephone support for the service hotline of one of Germany’s largest statutory health insurers or for the appointment service center
  • Respond to incoming calls from insured persons and other callers regarding their inquiries
  • Record and document call details in the appropriate PC-based system

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional experience in telephone advisory services for health insurance or in inbound customer service/call center operations
  • Enjoy interacting with people over the phone
  • Empathy, reliability and flexibility
  • Fluent German and very good English skills (minimum B2 level)
  • PC user skills (MS Office)
  • Willingness to work during off-peak hours (evenings) or on weekends
