About the role
- Provide telephone support for the service hotline of one of Germany’s largest statutory health insurers or for the appointment service center
- Respond to incoming calls from insured persons and other callers regarding their inquiries
- Record and document call details in the appropriate PC-based system
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in telephone advisory services for health insurance or in inbound customer service/call center operations
- Enjoy interacting with people over the phone
- Empathy, reliability and flexibility
- Fluent German and very good English skills (minimum B2 level)
- PC user skills (MS Office)
- Willingness to work during off-peak hours (evenings) or on weekends
