About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build relationships with employee benefit brokers and turn them into a consistent source of referrals.
  • Partner with them to position Vitable with their clients and drive repeat business.
  • Prospect into larger healthcare and home care organizations, engage senior stakeholders, and run multi-step sales cycles.
  • Navigate benefits conversations, compliance considerations, and financial tradeoffs.
  • Own your pipeline end to end. Generate opportunities, run discovery, move deals forward, and close. Create structure where it doesn’t yet exist.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience running consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience selling through partners, brokers, or channels—not just direct sales.
  • Background in benefits, HR tech, healthcare, or a related space.
  • Comfort working in a startup or high-growth environment without much structure.
  • Strong outbound skills with a clear, repeatable approach.
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare services or home care, familiarity with ICHRA or ACA, or existing broker or industry relationships.
