About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide high-quality member support via phone, email, and chat (5 days/week including weekends)
Assist members with insurance education, eligibility, and enrollment — including ICHRA and HRA plan details and ACA marketplace options
Submit insurance applications to carriers and own cases through approval
Answer benefit-specific questions and troubleshoot carrier or cross-functional issues
Help members navigate the healthcare system and understand their coverage
Coordinate resources for members needing services outside Vitable's scope
Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve the member experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active health insurance license required (or willingness to obtain one)
2+ years of experience in customer support, member services, or insurance operations
Familiarity with ICHRA, HRA, or ACA marketplace plans strongly preferred
Empathetic, confident communicator — especially on the phone
Availability to work 5 days/week including weekends (required)
Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools a plus
