About the role
- Serve as the go-to expert for both internal teams and external clients
- Act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert to customers
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Identify new business and sales opportunities
- Manage client accounts from initial contact through contract completion
- Deliver high-quality training to customers in a classroom and practical setting
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of student progress
- Participate in safety audits and incident investigations as required
- Support marketing initiatives with technical expertise and client testimonials.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training
- At least 4 years of experience in helicopter hoist operations
- Experience as a trainer or instructor preferred
- Experience selling and building a pipeline of potential customers
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities with experience addressing diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in account management or business development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
