Commercial Manager
Vita Check-up CenterGerente Comercial leading and developing the sales team for VITA Check-up. Driving B2B and B2C contract activations in a healthcare context with a focus on results.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the commercial team (Account Executives, Relationship Managers, and Inside Sales), setting targets and consistently monitoring KPIs.
- Create and implement creative strategies to activate B2B contracts and increase member enrollment — target: from ~10% to 50%+ within 12 months.
- Structure and optimize the sales funnel in Bitrix24, reducing the sales cycle and improving conversion.
- Prospect new corporate (B2B) partnerships and channels for premium individual customers (AAA B2C), increasing revenue across both segments.
- Negotiate contracts with economic balancing clauses, including incentives and penalties for failure to activate covered lives.
- Collaborate with the partner marketing agency on the development of activation and prospecting campaigns.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention, a high NPS and upsell opportunities.
- Participate in the leadership committee (CEO and CFO) by providing data, analysis and proposals for strategic adjustments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 7 years in B2B and/or premium B2C sales
- At least 3–4 years leading commercial/sales teams
- Proven track record in selling complex services
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or the corporate sector (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus)
- Commercial data analysis (advanced Excel or Power BI)
