About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support planning and logistics for roundtables, coordinating speakers, materials, educational and outreach materials, and event branding to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist with agenda development, communications, and on-site support to deliver high-quality, well-organized events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of directly related experience
- Experience supporting logistics and coordination for meetings and events, including calendar management and note taking.
- Experience coordinating event materials, signage, and on-site logistics
- Experience maintaining timelines and day-of-event documentation
- Experience supporting agenda development and attendee communications.
- Ability to manage scheduling, task tracking, and communication among internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with precision and expert attention to detail
- Ability to provide day-of-event support, including registration, set-up, and troubleshooting
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with government or large organizational clients
- Experience using event coordination tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to assist with event communications, presentations, and follow-up documentation
- Interest in learning event design, creative direction, or audience engagement strategies.
