About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead various fleet strategic controls functions
Focus on overall fleet Long Range Plan (LRP) development, Budget Management, Software Integrations, KPIs, Fleet Metrics, Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives
Provide cost and budget development and monitoring, project estimating support and coordination, procurement and contracts support, and administrative support to the fleet organization
Act as sponsor for the health of the plant systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required
BS in Engineering, BA in Business or Construction Management (recommended)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (recommended)
At least 10 years of experience in a combined finance, construction or project controls/management roll (ideal)
5 years management/supervision of Project Controls functions (budgeting, scheduling, project support or project management)
