About the role

  • Lead various fleet strategic controls functions
  • Focus on overall fleet Long Range Plan (LRP) development, Budget Management, Software Integrations, KPIs, Fleet Metrics, Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives
  • Provide cost and budget development and monitoring, project estimating support and coordination, procurement and contracts support, and administrative support to the fleet organization
  • Act as sponsor for the health of the plant systems

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • BS in Engineering, BA in Business or Construction Management (recommended)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (recommended)
  • At least 10 years of experience in a combined finance, construction or project controls/management roll (ideal)
  • 5 years management/supervision of Project Controls functions (budgeting, scheduling, project support or project management)
