About the role
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate quality training programs relevant to all Business Markets teams.
- Maintains online learning program to facilitate training programs and adhere to a curriculum within a hybrid working environment.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness, success, and ROI of all training and development programs.
- Participate in projects identified for process improvement and enhancement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Process and detail-oriented with knowledge of training processes related to large commercial sales organizations
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to successfully work in a hybrid environment including mix of virtual and live presentations
- Strong project management skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines and achieve assigned metrics
- Experience using Microsoft M365 Suite, Salesforce, and Adobe Tools
- Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of the time
