About the role
- Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.
- Manages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks.
- Prepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax (Forms 111/216/190/296/345).
- Responsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT /RLC/CRA).
- Hires & Leavers coordination.
- Manages, prepares and controls Companies’ payroll registration process.
- Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact.
- Follows the company quality standards and processes
Requirements
- University education in Relaciones Laborales or similar.
- Good level of English.
- Proficiency of Spanish Language to be in contact with the Administration
