About the role
- Own the AI vision, scope, and roadmap for agentic AI and autonomous workflow systems
- Lead discovery, scoping, and drafting of comprehensive PRDs for AI initiatives
- Partner closely with engineering and data teams to define AI system architectures
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI delivery
- Design and operationalize autonomous agentic AI solutions
- Automate high-volume, time-consuming, low-fulfilment service tasks
- Drive AI product evaluations, model and agent effectiveness
- Work deeply with Legal, InfoSec, Operations, and external partners
- Operate within the Agile product framework
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience in building agentic AI systems and translating complex business objectives into execution-ready PRDs with acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes
- Manage the AI product development lifecycle end-to-end
- Deep practical knowledge of agentic AI technologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS products, AI-SDLC, and security, privacy, and compliance obligations
- Familiarity with modern cloud-native AI stacks
- Deep working knowledge of AWS AI services
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
