About the role

  • Plan, manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient client activation
  • Act as the primary Onboarding contact for new clients, working with the commercial and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition into Vistra
  • Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, Compliance, Service Delivery) to agree plans and ensure all onboarding requirements are achieved in a timely manner
  • Maintain data to support management oversight (local, regional and global) of process effectiveness and enable processing risks to be identified and managed quickly
  • Leverage technology, automation, and data analytics to improve client lifecycle management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the onboarding process for individual clients, and across the process as a whole
  • Partner with compliance teams to manage regulatory changes impacting the onboarding activities
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to improve onboarding workflows and reduce manual effort

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in client services, onboarding and KYC, or client lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with Dutch Corporate structures and/or European corporate clients
  • Experience with onboarding corporate clients within a Corporate Services, Fund Administration or Financial Services Provider
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
  • Ability to assess risks, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
  • Basic knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach
