About the role

  • Responsible for identifying and landing high-value prospects for the sale of Corporate Solutions (Accounting, Tax, Payroll, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Strategically focus on maximizing expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Nurture leads and develop initial relationships with assigned new business accounts
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for prospects to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Create individual strategic account plans for priority prospects
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Leverage Subject Matter Experts to provide technical expertise
  • Collaborate with EAM and SME to negotiate and close new business

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of Business Development experience, preferably within Professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, prospect, convert and deliver new revenue
  • Desirable – accounting, legal or company secretarial qualification
  • A self-starter with a mature and established intermediary network as well as direct client relationships with potential new business opportunities
  • An entrepreneurial and solution minded individual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritise
  • Proactive, self-motivated leader with ambition, energy and drive
