About the role

  • Deliver accurate and compliant German payroll processing for a group of assigned clients
  • Co-ordinate client requirements and manage payroll processes
  • Manage and deliver client payrolls against the agreed schedule
  • Communicate directly with clients to meet or exceed deadlines and expectations
  • Escalate issues within the client and iiPay teams to meet service level agreements
  • Strive to improve systems, processes and payroll delivery environment
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
  • Manage and maintain clear and informative communications to clients, colleagues and client account managers

Requirements

  • No previous payroll experience is required
  • Strong administration skills developed in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure all deadlines and SLAs are met
  • Highly motivated and driven professional
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Extremely organised and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients
  • Ability to demonstrate assertiveness when required
  • Proficient in manipulating data within an Excel workbook using formulas, filters and tables
