About the role
- Deliver accurate and compliant German payroll processing for a group of assigned clients
- Co-ordinate client requirements and manage payroll processes
- Manage and deliver client payrolls against the agreed schedule
- Communicate directly with clients to meet or exceed deadlines and expectations
- Escalate issues within the client and iiPay teams to meet service level agreements
- Strive to improve systems, processes and payroll delivery environment
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
- Manage and maintain clear and informative communications to clients, colleagues and client account managers
Requirements
- No previous payroll experience is required
- Strong administration skills developed in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure all deadlines and SLAs are met
- Highly motivated and driven professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Extremely organised and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to demonstrate assertiveness when required
- Proficient in manipulating data within an Excel workbook using formulas, filters and tables
