About the role
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting, payment processing and payroll administration services for fund clients
- Supervise team members to deliver high-quality client service
- Review financial statements, journals, and accounting entries
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for workflows
- Manage treasury and payment administration at a strategic level
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, auditors, regulators, bankers and other external stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Contribute to achieving business goals and financial objectives
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional qualification (HKICPA or equivalent) required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting professional services
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong expertise in corporate accounting for fund clients
- Proven track record in managing client relationships
- Advanced knowledge of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and local GAAP
- Experience in working with teams across multiple locations
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems
- Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Good command of Putonghua
