About the role
- Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa)
- Prepare and maintain key documents like the Register of Directors, Share Certificates, and other legal paperwork
- Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards
- Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks
- Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate
- Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs
- Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field
- Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
