• Apply high level understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles to design training and practical learning tools (e.g., workshops, capacity-building resources, continuing education modules)
• Develop and execute learning objectives, curriculum, content, collateral, and evaluation plans for instructor led and online continuing education courses
• Analyze strategy, curriculum design and development, and content delivery and facilitation
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to create engaging, immersive training
• Develop and execute training needs assessments and evaluations
• Deliver complex, sensitive content clearly and empathetically to varied audience
• Provide clear verbal and written communications to a variety of stakeholders in alignment with DoD style expectations (e.g., email, leadership briefings, training slides, one pagers)
• Work independently, with some guidance to ensure, high fidelity of training and technical assistance activities with relevance to the military environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
