Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or BA in Engineering or Business equivalent required
Leadership skills to include strong mentoring, training and coaching skills
Must be a superior communicator with small and large groups of varying seniority across multiple organizations
Ability to drive and influence the organization
Experience in power generation preferred.
