About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and administrative direction in all aspects of maintenance.
Ensure all Maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedures and requirements.
Development and monitoring of Maintenance Department budgets.
Maintain the preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure Maintenance personnel are trained and supervised.
Directing contractors on matters relating to plant maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Eight years related experience in the nuclear industry or equivalence.
Four years of experience at an operational nuclear power plant.
Experience in maintenance at the supervisory or management level.
Problem solving expertise and techniques to address issues.
It's preferred that you possess a Senior Reactor License OR a Senior Reactor License certification OR equivalent.
