About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and administrative direction in all aspects of maintenance.
Accountable for the activities associated with the Maintenance Support Manager, Maintenance Services Manager, and Maintenance Training Coordinator.
Ensure all Maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedures.
Development and monitoring of Maintenance Department budgets.
Maintain the preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure Maintenance personnel are trained and supervised.
Directing contractors on matters relating to plant maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Eight years related experience in the nuclear industry or equivalence.
Four years of experience at an operational nuclear power plant.
Experience in maintenance at a supervisory or management level during the four years.
Problem solving expertise and techniques to address issues.
It is preferred that you possess a Senior Reactor License OR a Senior Reactor License certification OR equivalent Operational knowledge.
