About the role
- Supporting Vistra executives and fleet management via leadership on key strategic and operational issues related to application development and maintenance
- Provide leadership for the development and management of technology used in support of the technical and business processes of Luminant
- Develop integrated technology solutions that promote and support consistent fleet-wide programs, processes, and procedures
- Ensure technology key controls and compliance with GAAP, SOX, and corporate technology management and internal audit requirements
- Lead IT Directors and the IT Organization with respect to embracing new and emerging delivery methodologies
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience
- Strong executive presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in technology planning, organization, and development
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
- Advanced technical and quantitative skills
