About the role
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate quality training programs relevant to all Business Markets teams.
- Maintain online learning program to facilitate training programs and adhere to a curriculum within a hybrid working environment.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness, success, and ROI of all training and development programs.
- Stay updated on nationwide energy market events to assist sales & support teams.
- Complete all projects in a timely manner ahead of organizational deadlines.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Experience using Microsoft M365 Suite, Salesforce, and Adobe Tools
- Process and detail-oriented with knowledge of training processes related to large commercial sales organizations
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including ability to present to senior leadership
- Strong project management skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines and achieve assigned metrics
- Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of the time.
