About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver SAP Basis administration and support services across ECC and S/4HANA Public and Private editions
Lead and support customer greenfield implementations and brownfield conversions/migrations
Perform patching, upgrades, and kernel updates across client landscapes
Deploy and manage SAP environments on AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
Conduct performance tuning and optimization
Handle installations, configurations, system refreshes, and transport management
Perform system health checks, capacity planning, and troubleshooting
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and interface directly with customers
Gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver solutions
Manage priorities across multiple customer engagements
Collaborate with internal delivery teams and provide technical guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience
SAP certification (Basis / relevant technology certification)
Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud
Experience with greenfield implementations and brownfield conversions
Strong experience in patching, upgrades, and system maintenance
Hands-on experience deploying and managing SAP on hyperscalers
Expertise in performance tuning and optimization
Excellent communication skills and success in customer-facing roles
SAP security experience with authorizations, roles, and GRC is a plus, not required
Experience with HANA database administration is preferred
Familiarity with SAP cloud tools and automation is preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Professional presence and confidence engaging directly with clients
Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and shifting priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team
