About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement strategies to increase Vistage's presence in priority markets
- Engage C-level candidates from online sources in insightful conversations
- Create and manage sales pipelines to meet sales goals
- Partner with Chairs to develop strategies and facilitate Vistage meetings
- Provide coaching, problem-solving, and educational support to Chairs
- Implement event and meeting strategies to provide high-value executive meetings
- Develop and cultivate relationships with local centers of influence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of expertise in business development or related functions
- Strong outside sales experience in a solution advisor relationship
- Proven experience in consultative sales and business development in a professional services environment
- Previous coaching/development background
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent presentation skills to a C-level audience
- Ability to build long-lasting, productive business relationships
- Strong work ethic with evidence of meeting sales goals
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Strong communication skills with high energy and enthusiasm
