About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assisting in the production of customer orders by running and troubleshooting various types of equipment
Performing equipment/process preparation, producing customer orders achieving quality standards and performance metrics
Conducting quality checks, troubleshooting, and light maintenance
Setting up, running, and troubleshooting Large Format Printing, Cutting and Post-Printing Equipment
Setting up, running, and troubleshooting Digital post-print processing equipment
Ensuring all products are printed, processed, and cut as outlined in SOP standards
Cleaning and checking area to ensure no malfunctioning, broken, or damaged equipment is being used
Performing regular quality checks, reducing internal defects and ensuring a quality product is delivered to the proper customer on time
Attaining production/process performance targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma; or equivalent
Technical, Manufacturing, Printing or Quality courses or experience
Team player who is reliable, eager to learn, train and rotate through the various operations
Strong dedication to team member morale, customer service, safety and quality
Ability to multitask
Previous experience in a lean or production manufacturing environment
Previous printing experience
