About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform preventive and proactive maintenance on printing machines to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot first-line malfunctions and resolve technical issues based on established error lists
Verify the quality of maintenance work performed by others, ensuring a safe working environment
Test new improvements and updates, helping to optimize production processes
Train and instruct new team members and colleagues on machine operation, maintenance, and adjustments
Actively contribute to safety & health programs
Collaborate closely with other Operations and Maintenance teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical background or hands-on experience working with machines
Ability to work in a 4-shift system
Willingness to complete relevant certifications such as NEN3140, VOP, and machine-specific training
Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting (Nice to Have)
Strong eye for detail and problem-solving skills (Nice to Have)
Proven ability to work well in a team and train others (Nice to Have)
