About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on Citation 560/X, Challenger 300/350, and Bombardier Global aircraft within a Part 145 Repair Station.
Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with FAA regulations, repair station manuals, and customer requirements.
Direct, mentor, and assist technicians, ensuring tasks are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Troubleshoot complex systems including avionics, hydraulics, structures, and engines, providing technical expertise and solutions.
Review and approve work order documentation, log entries, and forms in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize projects, and communicate progress to the Accountable Manager and management team.
Ensure tooling, equipment, and materials are properly used, maintained, and calibrated per repair station requirements.
Assist with internal audits, quality inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
Act as a liaison when needed, providing updates on project status and technical findings.
Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Minimum 5+ years of business jet maintenance experience, with expertise on Citation 560/X, Challenger 300/350, and Bombardier Global series aircraft.
At least 3+ years of leadership experience in an aviation environment.
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate maintenance projects.
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, repair station operations, and quality control requirements.
Proficiency with computerized maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, Corridor, Traxxall, or equivalent).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duty, as required.
