About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and partner with engineering to deliver high-performance tables, dynamic views, and data pipelines within Snowflake
Develop sophisticated visualizations in Looker that translate trends and manufacturing efficiency into actionable insights
Align on KPI definitions and implement them across Fulfillment metrics
Leverage Snowflake Cortex to deploy LLM-powered functions or predictive forecasting
Analyze complex data to optimize fulfillment metrics
Act as a consultant to Product Management, Customer, and other Cimpress teams
Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–12 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Expert-level proficiency in SQL
Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex functions or similar SQL-based AI tools
Proven track record in Retail and Custom Product Manufacturing
Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools
Advanced Dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma)
Nice to Have Experience with product data coming from Viper, Paperless, and/or Comet or other Mass customization products
