About the role

  • Arrange all flight-related services and manage active tickets with client requests/changes
  • Keep itineraries up to date for clients and in all systems
  • Proactively communicate restrictions and recommend best travel options to clients
  • Keep clients updated on unexpected or uncontrollable issues on day of flight
  • Onboard new clients, build relationships, and introduce them to product and company
  • Partner with sales, operations, billing, and crew to ensure seamless client experience
  • Maintain data in systems and be resourceful using provided guides

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Skillfully handling difficult and demanding situations
  • Proactive, service-driven attitude and keen team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar
  • Maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Deliver punctually under pressure
  • Ability to keep systems up to date and navigate between different programs with ease
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire (I-9)
