About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product marketing strategy for K-12 portfolio
- Develop and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team
- Use customer insights, voice-of-customer data, and the full marketing mix to sharpen positioning and optimize go-to-market execution
- Track KPIs, measure ROI, and use analytics to optimize strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- 5 to 8+ years of product marketing experience in K12 education market space
- 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- Strong communication, influence, presentation and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing metrics
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign or project management tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
