About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers and content producers
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and quarterly goal-setting sessions
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Oversee projects end-to-end from initiation to delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget
  • Create project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines using project management software
  • Act as primary stakeholder contact, provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns
  • Identify and address project challenges and delivery risks proactively
  • Collaborate with the technical team on accurate, real-time showtime data integration
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and quality
  • Cultivate client relationships and advise clients on their needs and objectives
  • Gather requirements, define project scope, and align projects with client goals and brand guidelines
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables; solicit feedback and address concerns
  • Identify upselling and service expansion opportunities with the sales team
  • Uphold quality and accuracy standards for movie website deliverables
  • Conduct quality assurance testing of content, functionality, and user experience
  • Establish testing protocols and procedures and support bug resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of digital project management experience, ideally in cinema, entertainment, or e-commerce
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience mentoring and developing project teams with a supportive, solutions-focused approach
  • Passion for optimizing complex project workflows, measuring efficiency, and implementing scalable operational improvements
  • Calm, proactive problem-solving mindset for fast-moving project challenges and early delivery-risk identification
  • Ability to listen well and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with varied audiences
  • Ability to create and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a highly organized manner
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with Asana preferred
  • Passion for learning
  • Dedication to creating great outcomes
  • Interest in the cinema industry
  • Friendly, positive personality and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
